At this time, GRAYED only ships within the United States. We appreciate the interest from the international research community and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Shipping Methods & Fees
To help maintain product quality during transit, select products may qualify for expedited 2-Day Shipping. These shipping methods are offered when we believe faster delivery is beneficial to preserving product integrity and ensuring the best possible customer experience.
Available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, carrier schedules, holidays, weather events, and order processing times may affect transit times. Orders placed after carrier cutoff times, on weekends, or on federal holidays may experience delays.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, GRAYED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped same day if ordered prior to 2PM EST. within 1-2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.
Hot & Cold Weather Handling
Certain products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit. GRAYED takes reasonable precautions when packaging and shipping orders; however we are not responsible for temperature exposure once items are shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring local weather conditions and ensuring packages can be received promptly upon delivery.
During periods of extreme heat or cold, we recommend retrieving packages as soon as possible after delivery. GRAYED cannot guarantee product condition if packages are left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
